Woolen double jersey / Romanit
Italian brand fabric, also called double jersey. Heavy, very high quality elastic, double flat knitting fabric, ie with two right sides, made of pure wool, not stiff but soft like jersey ( as knits), only much thicker and firmer ( but not so tight as our viscose Romanit Jersey ) , high rebound , does not scratch, not pilling, high comfort.
Knitwear is due to the (extensible) loop structure and the resulting interstices (air storage space) expandable, warming, breathable, absorbent and more crease-resistant than comparable woven fabrics.
Woolen jersey fabrics are suitable for dresses, long shirts, skirts, pants, leggings, sweaters, jackets, cardigans, especially good for tight shift and sheath dresses, as not every curve emerges.

hand wash; shrank 5% in self-test machine wash 30°C washing program for wool in the 1st wash
