Distance Selling Regulations
The following rules apply to individual consumers, not to businesses working commercially or freelancers in the field of tailoring and dressmaking.
In case a product is not available, we reserve the right to deliver another product of equal quality and value or not to carry out a delivery.
Goods received by the customer can be returned within 14 days without notice. This requires a timely dispatch of the goods.
Purchase price, delivery and return shipping costs will be reimbursed for deliveries within Germany. The costs of delivery will be refunded for all deliveries abroad.
Applies to Germany: Please do not send the goods freight collect. You can use our free online return label instead.
The return costs (within Germany) will not be refunded if one of the returned goods are cut goods or color charts. Therefore, please make sure you request a sample in advance. This does not apply if the goods are not as ordered or are defective . In this case the shipping costs will be reimbursed without restriction.
If the goods can not be returned or are returned damaged, the customer has to pay damages if he is responsible for the damage caused by intent or negligence.
Goods must be checked before use and/or processing for defects and suitability . In case of return of used and/or processed goods, the customer has to pay compensation.
